Something odd has happenedwhen the hemorrhoids appeared, I noticed a bunch of pimples showing up around my butt and thighs. I usually get one or two pimples on my butt every few months, but now it's more like 20! Do you think this could be connected to the hemorrhoids somehow? It's kinda freaking me out and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I've been having this pain on the right side of my abdomen for about a week. At first, I thought it might just be gas pains and noticed I've been a bit constipated, so I took some stool softeners. But now, my stool has turned a light clay color. I read somewhere that this could be linked to gallstones. I tried to find out if the stool color change might be due to the stool softeners, but I couldn't find much information. I've been dealing with nausea, stomach pressure, acidity, and weight loss even though I've been eating normally. Recently, after getting an upper endoscopy, they found I have antral gastritis and tested positive for H. pylori. So, I'm on Nexpro L, Gaviscon syrup, an H. pylori treatment kit, and a probiotic. It's been 8 days on these meds, with another week to go. While my symptoms have improved and I'm feeling better, I'm still dropping weight. I'm really confused and a bit worried why this is happening. Could it be because of the H. pylori infection? Once the treatment's over, will I be able to gain weight back? I used to weigh around 71 kg last year; now I'm down to 65.5 kg. I also have piles, and it's kind of freaking me out. How should I approach gaining weight again?

I've been dealing with something odd for the last couple of weeks. After eating, especially when I've had a big meal, my temperature goes up to around 99F and my pulse shoots up to 100bps, making me feel really uncomfortable. Sometimes, I also get these random pains in my abdomen, mostly on the right side, both upper and lower. The fever and pulse eventually settle down to normal after a few hours, but medications like paracetamol or ibuprofen dont seem to help at all. Any idea what's going on with me?
