Question
I've just gone through my body check-up results, and they show that I have a vitamin D deficiency. The level is at 10.7, and my lymphocytes are a bit high at 42. I've been having occasional lower back pain and Im worried it might be connected to the vitamin issue. Do you think I should start taking a vitamin D supplement? And should I be concerned about the lymphocytes level?

For your vitamin D deficiency, I recommend taking a supplement such as "Drisdol" at a dosage of 1000-2000 IU per day. This will help increase your vitamin D levels and may alleviate your lower back pain. As for the high lymphocyte count, it is important to determine the underlying cause. I suggest further evaluation by a healthcare provider to investigate possible infections, autoimmune disorders, or other medical conditions that could be contributing to the elevated lymphocytes.
