Question
I've just had a semen analysis because my wife and I are trying to have a baby. A few months ago, she conceived unexpectedly, but sadly the pregnancy didn't go well since the fetus wasn't growing properly. This time we're trying to be more careful and consulted with a gynecologist who suggested we get tested before planning again. I'm sharing my report for your input. It turned out positive, but it also shows positive agglutination. What does this mean for our chances of getting pregnant? Could you advise on how to lower or manage this agglutination issue?

Agglutination in the semen analysis indicates that sperm may be clumping together, which can potentially affect fertility by reducing sperm motility and their ability to reach the egg. Its important to discuss this with your doctor, who may recommend treatments like antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, or lifestyle changes to improve sperm quality and reduce agglutination.
