Question

I've just turned 31 and recently got married, and I'm facing an issue with my skin. I've always had oily skin, but now I'm breaking out with a lot of pimples on my face. I maintain a really healthy diet, and I eat lots of fruits and veggies. Could this breakout be due to hormonal changes, maybe because my period is approaching? I'm worried and would appreciate any advice on how to reduce these pimples and deal with the spots they're leaving behind. What can I do about this?

Pimples can often flare up due to hormonal changes, especially around your period. Stress from new changes or diet can also contribute. To manage them, try using a gentle cleanser, avoid touching your face too much, and consider a spot treatment with ingredients like salicylic acid.
