Question
I've noticed I've had some small, hard lumps under the skin on my hands for quite a while now. There are four of them, a bit noticeable but not really big. There's no redness or pain, but I'm a bit curious about what they might be. Could they be blood clots? Should I be concerned?

As you say its painless that could be Lipoma or sebacous cyst,visit general surgeon for evaluation and appropriate management.
