I've noticed that my penis bends to the left, and I'm wondering if that's normal. Could this be from masturbating? I'd really like to know if there's a way to straighten it out.

Its normal for the penis to have a slight curve, and a bend to the left isnt usually a problem. Masturbation doesnt cause this, so dont worry. If the bend causes pain, difficulty during sex, or concerns, consult a urologist to rule out conditions like Peyronies disease. Otherwise, no treatment is needed.

Is hydrocele surgery the only way to fix it or are there other treatments I can try first
While surgery (hydrocelectomy) is often the primary treatment for hydrocele, particularly in adults or for persistent hydroceles, it's not always the first step. In some cases, hydroceles may resolve on their own, especially in infants. Non-surgical options like aspiration and sclerotherapy, or simply monitoring the hydrocele, may be considered before surgery.

I'm 61 years old with a Grade 2 enlarged prostate and cysts in both kidneys 14x10mm on the right and 14x12mm on the left. Should I be considering surgery for these conditions?
your kidney cysts don't need surgery. Prostate may need treatment if it is causing problems. See your family doctor or a urologist for this.
