I've noticed that the skin on my testicles has started to get a bit darker lately. Every day, when I'm washing up, I rub the area and this black-colored skin-like stuff comes off. It's happening daily, and I'm not sure why it keeps accumulating there. Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest what I should do?
