I've noticed some white patches on my cheek, and it seems like the tissue is rubbing against my teeth. I'm really worried is this something serious? Can it be treated or cured?

I've been using hydroquinone 2% for a year and had great results with my hyperpigmentation, especially on my forehead and around my mouth. I've been dealing with some intense redness on my face after using skinlite cream for a couple of days. My dermatologist suggested momivate cream which has 0.1% mometasone furoate. Is it okay to leave this cream on overnight? I'm also worried because my skin is really oily and prone to acne. Could using this cream cause more acne? Would really appreciate your advice.
