Question

I've noticed these blood blister-like spots on my scrotum for about 23 months now. Some of them are kinda hard, while others are softer. They arent bleeding, but I'm really worried because its embarrassing, especially socially. At first, there were only two or three, but now there are over 20. Im feeling anxious about it and its affecting my confidence. Is there any way to get rid of them, and is it something serious?
