The yellow spots inside your eyelid and the recurring soreness, swelling, itchiness, and discomfort could indicate a chronic condition. I would recommend trying a different approach. You can use an antibiotic ointment like erythromycin ointment to address the yellow spots inside your eyelid. Apply a small amount on the affected area 2-4 times a day. Additionally, for the sore eyes and redness, you can use artificial tears eye drops to help lubricate your eyes and reduce irritation. Use the artificial tears as needed throughout the day for relief. If the symptoms persist, it is advisable to consult with an ophthalmologist for further evaluation and management.
