I've recently been switched from Telma 40 to Cardivas 3.25, and I'm a bit unsure about the dosage. Is Cardivas 3.25 a lower dose compared to Telma 40, or are they about the same? Would you be able to clarify this for me?

Today I experienced some heat in my chest area, which is unusual for me, and it wasn't during my regular walks or runs either. I've been feeling mild chest pain on and off for the last eight months, but my tests like the echo ECG in April were normal, and my TMT in August came back negative too. I've read online that it's 12080, but then I've also heard from doctors that 14090 is normal, and some even say up to 160100 isn't a problem. I'm really anxious about this and just want to know what the actual normal range for blood pressure is.
