Hey, I accidentally took two MetpureXL25 tablets this morning instead of just one. Is that something I need to worry about or should I just continue with my day as usual?

I'm starting to feel my pulse all over my body and it's been like this for about two weeks. Why does my doctor want to change my BP medication from Olmesar H 20 to T Nabicar 5Mg? My BP seems under control and my pulse rate is usually between 90-100, though it goes from 100 to 130 during the TMT. My triglycerides are at 201 but all other cholesterol and kidney tests came back normal. They've also suggested I start taking Atorva 10Mg.
