I've recently noticed a small red spot on the head of my penis and under the skin that covers it. I was just diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and have started treatment. Should I be worried about these spots? Could they be related to the infection, or is this something separate I should be concerned about?

I've been having this issue where every time I get sexual feelings, there's this white jelly-like stuff leaking from my penis, and I feel a burning sensation. I can retract my foreskin past the head by about an inch and a half, but I feel like the frenulum might be stopping it from going back any further. Does this mean I have a tight frenulum?
