Question

I've recently noticed some brown spots appearing in my underarms. At first, there were about 12, and they weren't causing any issues like itching or irritation. But now there are 34, and it's got me really concerned. My dad experienced something similar, and it ended up spreading throughout the entire underarm area. I'm really worried about this and would love to know the possible causes and how I can prevent it from getting worse. Could you help me understand what's going on?
