I've recently noticed these tiny holes at the bottom of my foot and I'm curious about what they might be. They're not causing me any pain or issues, but I'm still a bit worried about why they've appeared. Could you shed some light on what might be going on?

Probable diagnosis include pittted keratolysis,artery disease,trench foot etc, patient is advised soframycin cream for local application for2 weeks once daily.If any allergic reactions dermat opinion is advised .
