I've recently noticed these white, thread-like worms in my urine. What could this be, and what might be causing it? Is there any remedy or treatment I should consider?

Deworming is advised to the patient.Tablet albendazole 400 mg once a day stat,orally and repeat after 7 days is advised to the patient.Urine routine and microscopy is advised and gynaec opinion .
