I've recently started having sex without using a condom, and I've noticed that my frenulum is bleeding. Is this something that's common, or should I be concerned?

It is not uncommon for the frenulum to tear or bleed during vigorous sexual activity, especially without the use of lubrication. To help with the healing process and prevent infection, you can apply an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice a day and keep the area clean. It is also recommended to abstain from sexual activity until the area has fully healed to prevent further injury.
