My 26-month-old son's penis head balloons when he pees but urine flows continuously without breaks. The ballooning only lasts about 10 seconds while he's urinating. He doesn't seem to be in pain or straining. Our pediatrician suggested circumcision, but due to our religious beliefs, our family is against it. We're really worried the doctor also mentioned trying to gently pull back the foreskin with oil or becnovet cream. My wife and I are stressed, especially since I had tight foreskin too as a teen and remember how uncomfortable it was. Is this ballooning a serious issue? We really want to avoid surgery if possible.

My baby is 2 months old and he's not pooping regularly. Sometimes it's 4 to 5 days without any bowel movement. The doctor mentioned if it goes past 7 days, we should give him milk of magnesia. I'm really worried about my 10-month-old baby girl. She had a high fever and a febrile seizure, so we had an MRI, EEG, and ultrasound done, but thankfully all the reports came back normal. We're giving her Taxim O, 3 ml, as an antibiotic. I'm concerned about giving antibiotics frequently and if there are any side effects we should watch for. Also, I've noticed she's passing urine more often than usual. Is that something to be alarmed about, or could it be normal? If you have any other advice, Id really appreciate it.
