My 65-year-old mom has multiple gallstones and severe sleep apnea. Doctors say meds won't help and surgery is too risky because it could be life-threatening. What options do we have left? She really wants to live is there any other solution we can try?

U need to take her to a higher center which is equipped to deal with such patients. Be prepared that post operatively her recovery may be slow n would need ventillator n ICU support. Discuss at length n then decide what patient and the family wants

Yesterday, I had this really scary moment where my food got stuck, and I started coughing. It got so bad that I ended up throwing up, and during that, it felt like my whole body was shaking. After that, I started feeling this pain in my shoulder, neck, and arms, and there's also this burning and sharp pain in my chest. I've been dealing with really frequent farts and burps over the past 6 months. After I eat, my belly gets bloated and it's super uncomfortable. I end up burping around 20 to 30 times and have about 40 to 50 farts, which is really annoying. I've noticed that when I eat batter-fried stuff, chicken, or hummus, it seems to get worse. What can I do to fix this issue?
