Question
My brother has grade 2 internal hemorrhoids with 3 columns and also fatty liver grade 2 with bilirubin at 2.38. He gets slight bleeding during constipation should he consider surgery for the hemorrhoids or is there another way to manage it?

Grade 2 internal hemorrhoids can often be managed with diet, hydration, and meds—surgery if bleeding persists.
