My dad and husband both tested positive for COVID and they had a fever last week. The fever's gone now, but they're both coughing now and then, especially when talking, laughing, and sometimes even when sleeping. I'm having a hard time breathing and feel like I need to open my mouth every now and then just to catch a breath. It's weird because my breathing seems normal when I'm sleeping, but it's like something's blocking my throat. I don't have a fever or body aches, but my chest feels heavy and I've got this gassy feeling too. I tried holding my breath for 30 seconds and it was fine, but I still need to take deep breaths through my mouth, and even then, it doesn't feel quite right. What could be going on?

Is it okay for my treatment to stop Ethambutol after just two months even though my chest X-ray is better and my doctor said to keep taking Isoniazid, Rifampicin, and Pyrazinamide? I mean, I didn't have positive sputum results or a Mantoux test, but my CT scan showed TB and I had a constant cough for a long time. I'm a bit worried about changing the meds too soon.

I'm really worried as my part-time maid's son has been diagnosed with TB, and we just found out today. He's apparently had it for about two months, but the maid herself seems totally fine and hasn't shown any symptoms. She's been at our place for work during this time since we didn't know, but should we be worried about being at risk? Weve been okay so far. Also, her son started with a watery cough just yesterday, not coughing up blood or anything, but can someone catch TB and only start showing symptoms way later, like in months or even years?
