Question

My dad and husband both tested positive for COVID and they had a fever last week. The fever's gone now, but they're both coughing now and then, especially when talking, laughing, and sometimes even when sleeping. They're not having any chest pain or breathing issues, so I'm wondering if steam inhalation would help? Also, are there any warning signs we should be on the lookout for?
