Question

My dad came down with COVID last month and, thankfully, he's recovered now. But he's still having this really bad dry cough at night or right after eating. I'm wondering how we can help him get over this lingering issue. Any advice would be great!

I'm trying to understand my mom's X-ray report better. It mentions "Prominent bronchovascular markings in bilateral lower zones" and raises concerns about pneumonitis. One is about 44.7mm by 18.3mm in the posterior lateral basal segment and another 55.5mm by 26mm in the posterior and medial basal segment of the right lower lobe. Theres also a smaller one, about 12.5mm by 3.9mm in the superior segment of the left lower lobe. The report says there's no calcification or lucent areas in the masses, and no hilar lymphadenopathy or pleural effusion, thickening, or calcification. Could you help me understand what all this means?
