Had inguinal hernia and varicocele surgery 2 months and 20 days ago but still feeling needle-like pain in the operation area and groin pain is this normal or should I be concerned

I've been dealing with prostate swelling that causes pain when I pee and during sex. My urologist prescribed GeripodD tablets but the issue keeps coming back frequently. I can't hold my urine for long because of the pain. The swelling is only on the right side with no testicle enlargement.
