Question

My husband recently had a lung x-ray as part of his annual checkup, and there are a few things that showed up. I'm a bit concerned because the report mentions broncho vascular markings and mild tenting on the hemidiaphragm. A while back, like 17 years ago, he had a pneumothorax and needed surgery to fix it with a thoracotomy. He's not having any breathing issues or other symptoms now, but should we be worried about these x-ray results? Do you think its necessary for us to see a pulmonologist? Would really appreciate your guidance on this.
