Question

My little one is 15 months old and she seems to catch colds really easily. At first, the doctor suggested using a steamer for hot steam, but I'm worried about her getting burned. Then, another doctor recommended using a nebulizer with saline water, which gives cold steam. I'm a bit confused. Which method would give her better relief, or do they both work the same way?

Both steam inhalation and nebulization with saline can help manage cold symptoms, Nebulization is typically safer
