it's been a year since my tibial plateau surgery with a 6 inch plate and I still get pain when standing for around 10 minutes - is this normal or should I be concerned about how it's healing?

I have a grade 1 ACL tear and it hurts when I walk sometimes the pain is really bad but other times it's not there at all. Do I need surgery for this or can it heal on its own?

I'm really worried because my lower fibula has been swollen for four days now. I recently broke my tibia and fibula, and when I press on top of my fibula, it hurts. I can walk, but there's a bit of pain. Should I be concerned, and do you think I should see a doctor about it?
