Question
My MRI showed a partial ACL tear in my left knee and it's been about a year now. My doctor recommended physio over surgery but I'm not seeing much improvement. Should I keep pushing with physio or consider other options? Also, some doctors say to ice it while others say heat what's the best approach for pain and recovery?
