My penis size is very small and thin only 3.5 inches when erect. I really want to increase it. Does jelqing actually work? Also, does low testosterone affect size? And if there's a hormone imbalance, is it possible to grow my penis without surgery?

There's no scientific evidence that it works, and it might cause side effects like pain, irritation, and bruises. Rarely, jelqing can cause curving of the penis or erectile dysfunction. Talk to a doctor or sex therapist before you try jelqing or any other technique you find online
