Question
My recent report shows that my right ovary is polycystic with 10 to 12 follicles, while the left ovary is normal. My weight has been steadily increasing over the past 7 to 8 years, although I have regular menstrual cycles. I am now trying to conceive but I am unsure about what steps to take next. Will I be able to conceive naturally, and what should I do moving forward?

Conception is possible with PCOS if cycles are regular. Weight loss and monitoring ovulation improves chances. Consult fertility specialist if delay persists.
