my right eye has advanced stage glaucoma and im really worried - is there any treatment without surgery or if surgery is the only option how much would it cost

For advanced glaucoma, non-surgical options include prescription eye drops, oral medications, and laser treatments to lower eye pressure. If these are not effective or if vision loss progresses despite them, surgery might be necessary. Glaucoma surgery can't cure or reverse vision loss, but it can help protect vision and prevent further damage
