My sister's pulse rate is around 120, and she's feeling dizzy. Is this cause for concern? Should we see a doctor, or could this be something normal?

I've had this stabbing pain right in the middle of my chest that I've been dealing with since I woke up one morning. It feels sharp, especially when I inhale deeply, sneeze, or put any pressure on my chest.
