Question
My sperm motility is around 25 and I want to know how to improve it. I've had mild varicocele in my left testicle for almost 4 years with occasional dull pain that comes and goes. The doctor prescribed oligocare and doxy but said if motility doesn't improve, surgery might be needed. Should I consider surgery or are there other ways to increase motility naturally?
