My upper lip has been tingling for the past day. What could be causing this, and what's the best way to treat it? I appreciate any advice you can offer.

So, this weird thing happens to me twice a year, and I'm kinda worried. Every time I catch a cold, after the first day, I just start salivating A LOT and it doesn't stop.
