Is it normal. Why unable to get pregnant. I have been trying for one year and have hypothyroidism for six months?

TSH 6.25 means your thyroxine dose is still low for pregnancy goals target less than 2.5. Ask your endocrinologist to raise the dose, recheck TSH in 4 weeks, and track ovulation for six cycles before IVF. A pelvic ultrasound is also recommended to monitor egg growth and confirm regular ovulation. IVF can be considered if other methods do not lead to conception.

Hi sir, I have been undergoing treatment for MDR TB and have been regularly taking all prescribed medications as per my doctor instructions. These include Monopas, Ethio 250, Mycotuf C 250 mg, Levofloxacin, Benadon, Sompraz D, and Clotas EH. My recent chest X ray report shows that the left hilar shadow appears prominent. However, my blood test results are mostly normal, except for an elevated TSH level of 7.080, for which I take one tablet of Thyrox 100 daily. I have been suffering from tiredness for the last 20 days. My blood report shows T3 3.17 nmol per L, TSH 11.01 uIU per L, and T4 is normal. My weight is increasing and I feel sleepy all day.
