So, all my lung and chest reports came back normal, but I'm still experiencing shortness of breath. Could there be any reason for this? I had asymptomatic COVID, but it's been a while since I recovered. Why might this be happening?

My dad's been on continuous medication, but he's still having a tough time breathing. He's got COPD, and he was diagnosed with it at the hospital about three months ago. We have oxygen support at home, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. I'm really worried about his condition.
