Question

So, this morning I noticed I had thick yellow sputum with some blood in it, but it only happened once and I haven't had any other symptoms. I'm kinda worried about what might be going on. Is this something serious, or could it just be a random thing? What should I be doing or watching out for?

I'm really concerned because Ive been checking my spo2 with a pulse oximeter every day, and its always around 98 or 99. But last night, I suddenly woke up and when I checked, my spo2 had dropped to 81. It went back to normal in just a couple of minutes.
