Should I be worried and seek medical help again right away, or is there something else I can try first? Could this be related to the previous issue I had back then?

I've been taking antibiotics for a couple of weeks, and I noticed the lung nodule looks smaller in my recent CT scan from last month. Does this mean it's more likely to be benign rather than malignant? And should I continue with antibiotics to see if the nodule disappears completely? Any idea how long that might take?
