I've been dealing with some breathing issues for about a week now, and I'm starting to get really worried. There's this constant noise when I breathe out, and I've been coughing up thick white mucus. I've been keeping track of my blood oxygen levels ever since I had COVID about six weeks ago. Lately, I've noticed that after climbing stairs, my oxygen levels sometimes drop to around 93-94 for a bit, and it takes about a minute to go back up to 96-97. I'm a bit concerned because I never really checked these numbers before having COVID. Should I be worried about this change in my oxygen levels, or is this just a normal recovery process? When I'm walking or doing the 6-minute test, my oxygen levels are fine at around 96-97, and theyre good when I'm sitting too, around 97-98. Does this sound alright to you?

I'm a bit worried because my HRCT shows I've got minimal pleural effusion on both sides. Most of my tests like CBC, thyroid, serum creatinine, serum uric acid, and CRP came back normal, but my ESR is 34. With this minimal pleural effusion, do you think I need pleural tapping? Plus, I'm dealing with some pain in my upper chest wall and upper back. Would love to get your thoughts on this.
