Question

I'm taking Zandu Pancharista after lunch and dinner because my digestion isn't great, but sometimes I get this upward-moving gas. When that happens, I just take a Normaxin tablet, and it helps right away. I'm a bit concerned though, is it okay to use Normaxin like this, not every day, just when the gas acts up after I've taken the Zandu Pancharista?
