I'm looking at my Widal test results and I'm a bit confused. It mentions Salmonella typhi O at 140 dilutions, Salmonella typhi H at 120 dilutions, and similarly for Salmonella paratyphi AH and Bh at 120 dilutions. Is this indicating a typhoid infection?
