I'm 5 weeks pregnant and for the past 7 days, I've been experiencing brown discharge with my urine. The doctor I consulted gave me medications like Menoguard, Meganeuron OD, Dubagest, Duphaston, and also advised me to take the Eema HP 5000 injection twice a week for four weeks. I just started the medications and took one injection yesterday, but the brown discharge hasn't stopped. I'm really worried about my pregnancy. The sonography confirms I'm pregnant, but what's causing this brown discharge?

I've had three c-sections over the past 3.5 years, and I'm really struggling. During my first pregnancy, there were some complications with the blood flow, so they did an emergency c-section in the 7th month, but unfortunately, my baby boy passed away after 39 days in the NICU. Now, I have two daughters who are 2.5 years and 10 months old, born at 36 and 37 weeks. My high blood pressure was only a problem during those pregnancies because of the protein levels. I'm just constantly feeling down because I really want another chance to have a son. Is it possible for me to go through a fourth c-section? If it is, how long should I wait before trying? I'm eager for your advice.

I'm a bit worried because my last menstrual period was on April 27, 2017, and when I took a home pregnancy test on June 4, it came out positive. I got a blood test on Tuesday with an hCG level of 12579.68. Then, I went for an ultrasound on June 6th. They saw a sac with a fetus, but there was no heartbeat. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant, and its been two days since that ultrasound. Is it okay for me to go for another ultrasound today to check for a heartbeat?
