What size of kidney stone can be removed without surgery if there are stones in both the left and right kidney? I'm really anxious about whether it's possible to deal with them without an operation.

Renal caliculi of size less than 7mm needs no surgical intervention for few pts it can be upto 9mm also but it is more than that and causing obstruction,that needs to be removed.

I'm really concerned because a few years ago, I had a laparoscopic stent implantation done through the urethral opening when I was 21. During that procedure, they had to slightly remove the prepuce because the glans penis was completely covered since I was a kid. Only a tiny opening was there for urine. After they opened the preputial orifice, the skin was soft, pinkish-white, and super sensitive. But about a year later, I noticed a black spot there. There's no growth, it's just a spot, and I'm really confused about what it could be. Is this a lentigo or something else I should be worried about? Can you help me figure this out?

I've had a surgery and circumcision when I was 9, and there's always been this tiny bump near the stitch under the skin of my penis shaft. Lately, it's swollen, and sometimes there's this white fluid coming out. It's painful if I touch it. I'm kind of worried it might be an infection or something.
