I'm a bit worried because yesterday I collided with someone while playing football and hit my chest pretty hard with my fist. I used a cold pack right away, and the pain seemed to lessen, but this morning it was back just as bad. There's no redness or pain when I breathe, but if I move or stretch, like getting out of bed, it really hurts. Sometimes it even hurts when I cough hard. I've been taking dolo after meals in the morning and at night, and I'm using belladonna plaster along with hot water pack treatments twice a day. Should I go see a doctor right away, or is it okay to monitor the pain a bit longer? Am I doing the right things with the medicines and treatments?
