I've been dealing with this intense itching on my butt for the past 10 days, and it's not the first time I've experienced it. It seems to disappear on its own eventually, but I'm noticing a pattern where there's no visible rash or anything on my skin. However, when I do scratch, the area gets swollen and itches even more. Any idea what could be causing this or how I can get some relief?

I've been experiencing these red rashes that seem to show up only in the evenings and last for about 23 hours. Its been happening for almost 3 months now, mostly on my face, but sometimes they appear on my back and foot too. They tend to vanish soon after I take an Allegra tablet but frustratingly pop up again after 48 hours when evening arrives. Weirdly, this only happens when I'm in Mumbai or on a working day, and it started around August. Last year, a 10-day course of Allegra seemed to solve the issue completely. Im really curious and a bit worried about why this is happening. What could be causing these rashes, and how can I get rid of them for good?
