2 months ago I delivered my baby and recently had breast abscess surgery on the right side due to milk jam. I've mostly recovered and started breastfeeding from both sides again but sometimes feel a burning sensation not just in the nipples but across the whole breast. What could be causing this?

I've been having infections in the vaginal area with stool leaking from there too. Doctors said it's a rectovaginal fistula and recommended surgery. Can this surgery be done laparoscopically or what are the other options? I'm really worried about the recovery and how effective it is

I've noticed that my menstrual cycle is delayed by two days, which has never happened to me before. I'm wondering how much of a delay in periods is considered normal and if there might be any reasons behind this change.
before and after 7 days is normal
