A 4 year old boy has 10 sores on his lips and cheeks with fever for the past 5 days. I am sending the blood report. Please check and give advice? Medicines from the local doctor have not helped in curing the condition.

Likely viral stomatitis or herpetic infection. Needs evaluation if sores persist or child is unable to eat or drink. Maintain hydration.
