A 60 year old male is having a complaint of less urine output every alternate day. He was covid positive 1 month ago and after that the problem started. Ultrasound shows renal cyst and everything else is normal. Blood pressure is normal. There is no history of diabetes. Urine report is normal. Cancer report is normal. Treatment taken was levofloxacin and prostagard but there is no relief. What should be done?

Post COVID urinary issues can be due to inflammation or mild bladder dysfunction. Since basic tests are normal, urology consultation is advised. Cyst alone may not cause this.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a Creatinine Test Test or Take a eGFR Test (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) Test
