View allI recently received my semen analysis report, which shows the following: Physical examination: Color is creamy white, Viscosity is semi viscous, Volume is 1 mL, pH is alkaline, Liquefaction time is 40 minutes. Microscopic examination: Total sperm count is 45 million/mL, Pus cells is 0 to 1/hpf, RBCs is nil, Epithelial cells is 2 to 3/hpf. Motility: Good active motile is 15percent, Sluggish motile is 10percent, Non motile is 75percent. Could you please explain what these results indicate and what solutions or treatments are recommended?

Hi, Dear Doctor, My recent semen analysis report shows azoospermia. I would like to know what steps I can take next. Is a testicular biopsy beneficial in my case? In my report total sperm count is mentioned as nonmotile spermatozoa seen rarely. Please advise if this is a big problem?
