Hi, Dear Doctor, My recent semen analysis report shows azoospermia. I would like to know what steps I can take next. Is a testicular biopsy beneficial in my case? I also want to mention that up until the age of 25, my sperm quantity and quality were different from what they are today. For the past 15 years, I have been on medication for schizophrenia. Doctor, please check my semen analysis result below and tell me what I should do? I get good erections, but I ejaculate within one minute. Time of liquefaction is 30 minutes. Colour is greyish white. Consistency is thick. pH is 8.0. Volume is 2.5 ml. Total sperm count is 84 million/ml. Morphology is 55 percent normal, 15 percent head defect, 15 percent midpiece defect, and 15 percent tail defect. Motility is 15 percent active, 30 percent sluggish, 55 percent non motile. WBC is 8 to 10 per HPF.
