About a year ago I had LASIK surgery but now my left eye is suddenly red and swollen. I'm using Lubrex drops 6 times a day but it's not helping. What could be causing this and should I be worried?

I've been wearing glasses since I was 9 and switched to contact lenses for the past 6 years. My eyesight keeps getting worse every year right now, my left eye is SPH 8.00 CYL 1.75 AX 140 BC 8.7 DIA 14.5 and my right eye is SPH 8.00 CYL 1.25 AX 030 BC 8.7 DIA 14.5. I'm 21 now are there any surgery options that could help fix this?
