About a year ago I had LASIK surgery but now my left eye is suddenly red and swollen. I'm using Lubrex drops 6 times a day but it's not helping. What could be causing this and should I be worried?

I have a growing conjunctival nevus in my eye but the doctors here are saying it's just dry eye disease. I'm really worried because it seems to be getting worse. Can you explain how the surgery to remove it works and if you provide that treatment, could you share your clinic address?

My eyesight prescription is SPH -3.00, CYL -1.50, and AXIS 180 in both eyes. I also have thin corneas would PRK, LASIK, or Contoura Vision be the best surgery option for me?
