After getting the Covishield vaccine, I ended up with a really high fever, around 102.5F, and even paracetamol didn't really help bring it down. I had to take showers multiple times just to cope. Now three days later, I started sneezing and I have post nasal drip. My nose feels blocked and I'm suffocating a bit, especially since I have allergic asthma. Do you think it's possible that I've caught a cold from taking so many showers when I had the fever?

I'm a 42-year-old guy trying to figure out if it's safe to take Becadexamin capsules as my daily multivitamin or if I'd be better off with Revital. Can you help me decide?

For studying students, iron supplements can be super beneficial for cognitive function and overall health. When choosing an iron supplement, consider the following options: - *Ferrous Sulfate*: A popular and effective iron supplement, often recommended for students . - *Elemental Iron*: Another well-absorbed form of iron, suitable for students looking to improve their cognitive function. In addition to iron supplements, multivitamins can also support overall health and well-being. Look for a multivitamin that contains essential nutrients like: - *Vitamin B complex*: Supports energy production and nerve function. - *Vitamin C*: Boosts immune system and iron absorption. - *Other essential minerals*: Like calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Some popular multivitamin brands for students include: - *Revital*: Offers a range of multivitamins suitable for students. - *Becadexamin*: A popular choice among students, providing essential nutrients for cognitive function. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplements to determine the best option for your individual needs.

I'm really worried because I've had a fever for the past 5 days, and after seeing a doctor, I found out that my white blood cell count is down to 2300 and my platelets are at 0.81 lakhs. I did a dengue test today, and it came back positive, but I haven't noticed any improvement yet. My doctor mentioned something about starting treatment on the 5th day. Can you please help me understand what kind of treatment to expect for dengue?

Hi there I understand your concern... There is no specific treatment for dengue its just supportive and symptomatic...treatment is mainly to reduce fever, prevent dehydration and to observe patient carefully...if you are not having spontaneous bleeding nothing to worry... Just consult nearest physician and get your platelets checked daily as count bellow 20k may lead to dengue shock syndrome in that case you will require platelets transfusion...
